We are Insured and Certified DET Verifiers (Duct and Envelope Tightness). With many combined years of experience in the construction industry from both residential and commercial jobs our certified verifiers have seen almost every aspect that goes into construction from the beginning of a project to the very end. Taking that experience with us on to every job site helps us with our clients in answering the standard to the more offbeat questions or scenarios they may have. We are well versed in the energy compliance standards needed for both residential and commercial. Once a client’s job site is verified we issue an Energy Compliance Certification. The Energy Compliance Certificate or E.C.C. is needed for a home or job site to show that it meets the standards needed to receive a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion required by all building authorities.
